Not sure if these are any good because I haven't tried them yet but the price looks good compared to similar products. This is my first time posting so sorry if I miss anything.

5.80 normal price. 2.39 with s&s. 2.60 for me with taxes.

Side note: I think eating cookies would never help me break the habit of eating cookies even if they are healthy cookies. From my experience losing 50 pounds, I recommend trying to forget about cookies and similar foods altogether. It isn't easy (you will suffer for a period) and it takes time. Try to enjoy things like frozen grapes and dehydrated fruit instead of decadent things like cookies. I think eating cookies to stop eating cookies is counterproductive... something to consider at least.
The idea is to fundamentally change what your brain considers a treat- to train your brain to react to a chocolate chip rice cake w/ almond butter in the same way that it previously reacted to a chocolate chip cookie from starbucks.
I applaud you for losing 50, but your advisement of telling people to completely cut out a food/treat isn't sound advice. That's why diets fail. You have to live a little, all in moderation. This is infinitely better than a regular cookie.

Iagree plus this one is loaded with vitamins. A "regular" cookie is not.

Thanks OP!

Or you could eat a Slimfast protein cookie instead of a Ms. Fields every now and then.

Oof, the carb count on this. Good deal but I'm sticking with quest's low carb cookies for my keto diet. Now if we could just get another sale for those🙏

Definitely some truth there. I tried a bunch of things and nothing worked until I found a diet I could stick to. Keto worked because it allows enough foods that I enjoy and find satisfying that I can adhere to it and do without the sweets and other carbs I crave. There's no one-size-fits-all diet for weight loss, I suppose.

These may be better than regular cookies, but at 33g of carbs (28g net) per cookie they are certainly not for people on ketogenic, South Beach, or other low-carb diets.

I see nothing wrong with this, but the vitamin content of these is probably negligible in real life. Most people already get enough of most vitamins from their regular daily diets, and if not, a daily multivitamin pill is cheap and easy insurance.

Of note though: 26% one and two-star reviews, which is not stellar. And the two buyer-supplied pictures look nothing like the one on the package.

Just out of curiosity, would you say that to somebody who had a drinking problem?

Lol. I just finished baking a dozen cookies from scratch. Took less than 30 minutes from start to finish. No eggs, no butter, no AP flour or enriched flour. Subbed with flax seed, coconut oil, and whole grain Spelt flour. Probably cheaper than this and definitely healthier. Just look at the number of ingredients on that list. Mine only had about 7 ingredients. In any case, remember to stick to serving size.

This is true, too. I think vitamins are great "insurance". But if you are looking to make healthier eating choices, a fortified cookie could be useful Smilie

Not trying to argue with you, but if you are really looking to make healthier eating choices, you shouldn't be relying on cookies or other treats for basic vitamins.

I agree with you. However, the "less ingredients is intrinsically better" argument that is so common right now is misleading and dangerous, just like the notion that everything non-GMO is somehow "healthier" than anything with GMO ingredients, or the fallacy that everyone can benefit from a gluten-free diet. I'm sure you're cookies are both delicious and relatively healthy, based on what you list, but having only 7 ingredients is not the reason.
