That doesn't make sense since regular USB specs are usually driven by 2.4Amp max. If you want higher then it requires the use of PD, QC and other similar techs. Most of the products using those have USB-C ports by now, even Apple requires USB-C to lighting cable to allow 18W charge. They do so by raising voltage and lowering current that's why regular usb can't do it because it doesn't support such functions.
