Amazon is doing a 2 for 30 on select 4k blu ray titles. Some decent combos on the list.

Just in case it needs to be said: several movies are $15 or less without having to buy a second.

Any of Christopher Nolan's movies and 2001 A Space Odyssey would be my picks

A good mix of titles from Warner, Lionsgate and Paramount. The Matrix sequels on UHD rarely show up in sales.

Some of these don't come with a digital code or aren't true 4k so be careful.

They'll still have a slight uptick in detail and HDR along with immersive audio unless they
studio included it on the regular Blu-ray. You also get a higher bitrate aka less compression and a studio doing the upscaling instead of your tv.

Why is The Prestige 4K so much or hard to find?! That one alone is $40 on Amazon.

There's some good movies in there, but I already own most of anything I'd want.

Interstellar and Inception I don't have in 4K, but can't really justify $15 each to upgrade them.

I think there was some licensing and distribution rights issue between the studios so they stopped producing discs.

That's also why the Christopher Nolan 4k box set is also no more in the US. If you see the set on slickdeals from Europe they're pretty solid. Batmans, Interstellar, Prestige, Dunkirk. I got mine from Amazon Italy. After the conversions it came out to be something like $65-70 I think. Solid even not considering how hard the Prestige is to find.

No digital copies in said set though. All the discs and cases were in Italian but they all play in English. 4k players including X Box One S are region free.
