Dang. I was all about it until I read the operating temperature. 32 degrees and up, really? A guy left a review because his got condensation inside and they wouldn't warranty it. Still rocking my Maverick after 7 years of abuse. Really wanted wifi, but I'll have to pass on this one.

Use an Amex for extended warranty, perhaps? My Chef Alarm kicked the bucket after only about 3 years, I decided to go with e Fireboard. I'm making a weather-resistant case for it using a watertight box marketed towards kayakers, etc. Will drill a hole or two and use either a cable gland or rubber grommets for the probe wires.
