They fold extremely flat, are light, and small. But when in use feel like a "full sized"/normal mouse. The only downside is that it lacks a real scroll wheel and back/forward browser buttons.
If you compare this to other "travel" mice, they're in my opinion No.1. If you compare this to a typical desktop mouse, yeah, you could do better. But at $7, that's a no-brainer even if you use it rarely.

I own two, given to me by my work. One Bluetooth version and one USB dongle version. They really are crap. Both of them.
Could be a mistake that they corrected.
What would you show them as evidence for your price adjustment request?

This is the old version which I heard that the plastic are melting for some people due to material degradation. However, at $7, it's a great deal.
Edit: This also doesn't have bluetooth and you need usb port for the dongle.
The same one.
Absolutely love it. My job requires meetings, some with more notice than others. My meeting kit is this, a display port to VGA to HDMI combo, and a Rocketbook. Pop the laptop, grab the kit, ready for meeting.
The absolute best party of this is that not only does it slip into pockets easily, it's automatically off when flat so no random button activation.
It's not the most ergonomic mouse in the world, but for meetings the compact form and easy use is perfect.
Mind elaborating ?
