My local store would not price match. Good luck to anyone else who tries. Their pm policy does say it excludes clearance so I can be mad at them.

For people asking for price match, I went and found one locally at it rang up for $199. I went to CS desk and inquired. The CS rep stated that if it's yellow sticker then that clearance is only with that Store and the price will not be honored. I left empty handed.

I went to my local HD even though BS said 200 and couldn't even find it. I went to where all the nailers were and nothing to be found.. Hmm

Derek, there is often clearance shelves at HD with all of these goodies on them. Additionally, unless you get a rep that sort of knows what he or she is doing, they will look on their website on their phone or tablet and say it's out of stock (because that's what the website shows), but in reality it's just in clearance.

Thanks for the reply! I also looked at the end of the racks and found some clearance items, just not these. Brickseek said $199 so I guess I would have expected them to be in the normal display area with the other nailers, who knows. I should have asked

Seems like you were looking in the right place after all but maybe your store just isn't selling it as a clearance item as of yet (just like mine isn't). There has been an occasion or 2 where I have to tell to the reps I see x product up in the rafters, even after they've told me it's not in the store. It's definitely hit or miss.

I hope all of us end up with a $55 finish nail gun!
