Both of these tablets exhibit the typical Chinese Touchscreen Ring of Light phenomenon. (I don't know the actual cause or name for the display artifact that can be seen. Sorry).
The overall CPU performance on these two tablets are the same, both scoring around 1400 Average CPU Passmark. The single thread performance of the N4000 on the Evoo is about 1000 and the Z8350 is about 500.
The Teqnio Z8350 combo under volts nicely and can extend out the usage on battery. The CPU here is not power limited and maintains it's max speed throughout.
The Evoo N4000 combo gets power limited at 5 seconds and caps the CPU speed on both cores to 2Ghz. The CPU power package can forced to unlimited wattage and self caps at 15W TDP. But the unit becomes too hot when running full load. I found 10W TDP to be the best compromise allowing the CPU to maintain a max 2.5ghz throughout and the iGPU at 450mhz. The CPU Passmark goes up to ~1550 in this scenario.
I can post full Passmark results later when am at home.
You'll need to modify it via software, the RW (Readwrite everything) program.

Currently am experimenting running my Evoo at 15w TDP. So far it never consumes more then 11w, the iGPU can maintain a 650mhz and CPU maintains as 2.5ghz
I bought the $80 Evoo tablet/laptop recently to try out and even it, with a substantially more powerful n4000, wasn't powerful enough for smooth browsing.
32GB fills up after the first round of updates and being at the mercy of your SD card for installs is a pretty poor experience- even if you have fairly well performing SD card.
