I have a feeling that anytime you use more than just the 60W port, it will drop it down to 45W?

That usb C adapter suppose to supply 60W to the usb C. It's being used by itself with no other usb device connecting to the power adapter.
Anyone else also notice this? I am getting a usb power meter and gonna do some measurements...
