They have a lot of great tools period. Low end and higher end. The website tells you what you can compare it to. The Pittsburgh brand is on the lower end, but people have been using them for years. Their new ICON tools are higher end, which they say compare to snap-on. You can read the reviews online and plenty of YouTube videos comparing them to other brands. Harbor Freight is a fantastic store.

If you have more than 5 items, just be friendly and ask the cashier if you can buy more with the coupon. This has always worked for me.

These coupons are a "daily" use. You can use them once a day over and over. I've used them to stock up on flashlights, gloves, batteries, tape measures and other smaller items.

Depends on what you buy and how you use it. They have varying quality levels. Decent, Good, and Pretty darn good. Thier dipping thier toes in the pro market with thier Icon line.
