You're right. I'd probably pass on both deals. Better to either wait for the XM4 or buy the refurb XM3 from Amazon for $200 with the $35 warranty.

May have to wait a bit. The XM3s are only a year old. But I hope the XM4s can pair with more than one device simultaneously. The XM3 can only be connected to one device at a time. Want to listen to music on ur laptop and then take a call on your phone....nope.
You can actually pair them with multiple devices.
