    Sam's had the pound package for I think it was $11.45. Just checked the site and corrected price. That is better deal plus no tax on food in TX. (Different prices for other tastes. eg Hot and spicy $11.44)

    Good to know, but that is for single package vs individual snack size. Pretty different, I would still pick this.

    I had problems with mold on beef jerky snacks about 7 years ago and haven't bought since then, but there have been a lot of stories lately about amazon shipping expired products, and one of the main products is moldy beef jerky.

    I've ordered these several times. Love the individual packaging. Perfect size for a protein-filled snack.

    I have not had problems with mold or short expiration dates. The product has been very fresh.

    If doing keto, be aware the teriyaki flavor has sugar. Tastes good, though.

    You can always return upon receiving, however in my opinion it is a good sign of zero preservative chemical. Because I know that if once preservative is applied then it is almost impossible for fungi to grow inside the bag.
