RYOBI ONE+ 18 Volt Lithium-Ion 200 CFM Leaf Blower Kit ($44.99 + Free Shipping)

Direct Tools Factory Outlet [directtoolsoutlet.com] has a Certified Pre-Owned Leaf Blower in the RYOBI ONE+ 18 Volt Lithium-Ion line on sale today only (the battery is included but I don't see the size in aH). You get a one-year reconditioned warranty.

It's their daily rock bottom deal. They have the original price as $69.99. However, the Home Depot [homedepot.com] one WITHOUT the battery is listed at 79.99. Seems like a pretty good deal.

My only hesitation is it's certified pre-owned. Thoughts?

The Ryobi P2190 kit at Home Depot is $99, and includes a 2Ah battery and P118B portable charger.

So, the Direct Tools deal is over 1/2 off, but used.

Every CPO item I have received from DTO has been like new. However, I have read that others have received items that are definitely used, so YMMV.

If I'm in my kayak and tired of paddling, could I stick the end of this thing in the water and propel myself?

This was a FP deal at $29.24 two weeks ago.
https://slickdeals.net/f/13797263-ryobi-one-18-volt-lithium-ion-200-cfm-leaf-blower-kit-29-24

My CPO was in good shape (with the standard RECON burned into the battery and blower, but not charger for some reason), but as the comments in that thread note it is underpowered compared to some of the other blowers. Seemed a little stronger with a 6Ah battery rather than the included 2Ah. Good enough for sweeping hard surfaces, but probably not much more. My P21081 blower (100 MPH, 280 CFM) is noticeably stronger. Here is a Ryobi blower comparison I psted in the other thread.

One note, mine included a P118 charger, not the P118B shown at Home Depot.

I have the Model # P21081 one also and would recommend it for light usage, but I wouldn't want anything weaker. As it is, everything needs to be dry to blow grass/leaves off the sidewalk.

I bought this from CPO 10 days ago for $29. Be warned, it does not blow much air so the usability is pretty limited.

So would you say it blows hard enough to remove weed crumbs from my floor ?

Been waiting for a deal like this.
My old blower hasn't worked since I married her.

Just got mine from last weeks $29 deal. Already had a 18v jet blower version and it was worth it just for the battery and charger, At $45 I would probably get something a bit more powerful.
