First of all, you will need a CVS ExtraCare card. This is obtained easily at any store at the register. Some will ask you to fill out the form then and there, others will just give you the card and ask you to return the form later.
Once you have the card, you can now start CVSing
The biggest thing to understand is that CVS uses a promotional program called "ExtraCare Bucks" (commonly abbreviated as ECBs.) These print out on your receipt immediately once you purchase an item offering them; almost like an instant-rebate you get at the register. You can turn around and use them anytime on almost anything in the store, except for alcohol, cigarettes, and gift cards.
Often, CVS advertises items as "Free after ECB" – For example, throughout the month of November, CVS has Crest Pro Health Whitening Toothpaste in 4.2 oz size, for free after ECB. The cost is $3.49, but you get $3.49 back instantly on your receipt. The best part is that there are often coupons available that can actually help you earn money… like for the above toothpaste, there are $1 off coupons available, meaning the item would be $2.49, but you get $3.49 in ECBs back. The limit on this toothpaste for this month is 2. So if you wanted to start off small to get into CVSing, the thing to do would be to buy one toothpaste in the first transaction (and use a coupon if you have one, so that you either pay $3.49 or $2.49 in cash), then use the $3.49 ECBs you get back from that first transaction to pay for the second tube of toothpaste, and again, receive $3.49 more in ECBs.
The trick now is to roll your ECBs so that you rarely pay more than maybe a dollar or two in tax on transactions, instead using your ECBs from previous transactions… then earning more to keep doing the same. It's a cycle (and a game/addiction to some, lol.)

They ended the game after 4 innings because of the Mercy Rule (or whatever it's called.) The score was 20-0 My son was freakin spot on this morning. Guess he plays better in the freezing cold.
Dinner was PF Changs. DH got a call halfway through the movie - let it go to voicemail and when we got out we found out that the restaurant had lost power for an hour.
I'm going to go pass out now and hope that BT doesn't relapse tonight.
I know...I almost with they'd just cut out the skin and be done with it. I'd like to be healing once instead of just waiting while it gets worse.

ftr about person with a cousin missing, no doubt any kid missing i'd panic. doesn't mean an internet petition is worthwhile after a day or two. i'm totally glad they were found safe and it was just they didn't want to go home, but IMO its like a car alarm. so ryou intervene every time it goes off? or do you take false alarms like this into account and disregard real robberies? IMO this jumped the gun
