Second unoccupied M2 slot recognizes only NVME ssd.
Using internal GPU (dedicated), I don't think you'll get anything good. Might be mistaken on the last part but maaaaybe run some games on low

Maybe it's just me, but the deal is this laptop for $200. If I have to spend more to make usable, it doesn't really work for me.Great value, but corners were cut.
Some possible issues:

-Prone to crashes?
-4gb ram too low for windows
