Getting ready for 25 comments asking if this has a second RAM slot...

I will save you all the hassle, it does NOT have a second slot for RAM. RAM is single channel/slot only.

...
Coupon is a single use Walmart.com 10% off up to $20 max possibly for sale on eBay at any given time.

Some people received the coupon in snail mail and are reselling them online.

Ok cool, thanks for the info. So sssentially my only options for more drive space are a larger SSD or an expensive m.2 SSD. No option for a cheap HDD?
Quoted from the Wiki in this thread:

Two M2 SSD slots: first slot comes occupied with Biwin 256GB M2 SATA SSD and can use both M2 SATA and NVME.
Second unoccupied M2 slot recognizes only NVME ssd.
I haven't tried replacing or adding another SSD yet, so I can't verify any of that.

No, ddr2 was not compatible with ddr3, same for ddr4. That's why they changed the name.

What is the warranty on this? I looked but couldn't find it.
1 year parts, 90 days labor. The Walmart plan may be worth it (2 years for $40, not sure if 3 years is an option) as it includes accidental damage coverage.

What kind of gaming can be done on this laptop?
If you get stadia, runs high quality all games. Same if you use project X Cloud from Xbox using wired connection.

Using internal GPU (dedicated), I don't think you'll get anything good. Might be mistaken on the last part but maaaaybe run some games on low

I just want people to be honest about the issues this laptop has.
Every time someone so much as complains about something/features missing, they say "It's $200, what do you expect?" or just "add more RAM" or "replace the wifi card".

Maybe it's just me, but the deal is this laptop for $200. If I have to spend more to make usable, it doesn't really work for me.Great value, but corners were cut.

Some possible issues:
-Wifi is trash?
-Prone to crashes?
-4gb ram too low for windows
-usb c port, is for data transfer only.
-single channel ram
No, a price point was hit. Do I think this would be better at $249 with 8GB RAM and a 256GB SSD? Sure. $300 for this laptop with 16GB RAM, 512GB Nvme and better Wi-Fi? I'm game, and it saves a bit of time swapping stuff around. But for what it is and what it costs, it's a screaming deal.

Anybody knows if these laptops are in stock at the store? Sure would be nice to see one and see what the quality feels like.

Decent 256gb nvmes hit the $35 range pretty frequently.

I already said it's a good deal but my point still stands... There was a brief moment where you got the same specs but 3rd gen ryzen for the same price. But that was around black Friday time. Asus vivobook at staples
Ryzen gen 3 hasn't even been released yet..

For those that are asking, I can verify this can be upgraded to a NVME drive. It only runs PCIE x2. I used a WD 512Gb SN520 (from another laptop I upgraded). The temps are great. The drive runs about 27-30 C with basic computing like writing papers and emailing. I did pull the thermal pad for the NVME and removed the m.2 SATA drive for now. I plan on reinstalling when the thermal pad I ordered arrives. The thermal pad makes contact with the bottom cover (held in place with 6 screws).

And that's exactly why I bought the R5 version which at the time was $100 more than this one. Besides the better CPU it had twice the RAM and twice the HD space plus I didn't have to take anything apart. It works great.

I just cut it in half for the added nvme. Celery
