2. Assuming the answer to number 1 is yes, how much of a price bump for an NVME drive + dual-channel ram would be worthwhile in light of the laptop being $200 as it is? For instance, if an NVME drive and dual channel memory (16GB say) would cost an additional $200, is the laptop worth $400?

Every single place that have any post about the motile, someone has posted this question... And all of the because of that Austin youtuber. I am gonna give him a small benefit of a doubt for being unintentionally ignorant. However, it's unforgivable that he never
make a video correction of his mistake or even a small correction comment.. it is especially UNFORGIVABLE because he's a professional youtuber making money off videos and knowing how much audience he has. So i am sticking a BIG MIDDLE FINGER up in his face.

Search Google for Chromebook memory leak and you will see tons of posts and Google representatives asking if they are using the latest Chrome OS, and then no follow up. Google gets way more credit than they deserve for technological prowess. Maybe in the beginning, but it seems to be a bunch of mediocre hacks now.
