Typical trade-ins require no screen or case cracks and no accessories, just the phone.

Was wondering about screen cracks primarily. Still have 5 or 6 not cracked that I could trade though

Not a bad deal on a backup slash disposable phone.

https://www.gsmarena.com/motorola...6-9682.php

But that says they are $61 msrp.

Is it unlocked? How well does android 9.0 run on 2 gigs ram and 16 storage. That seems like the biggest limitation. Maybe I got the wrong model?

i am bit confused. the site shows price as $129. but in terms it says that i need to pay for 2 months of service. so wouldn't math be $129+2 months of service - $100 mastercard > $20 ?

Click the swap button, I doubt they will let you stack with the $100 promo.

I used Visible for one month last year when they were giving out free phones for signing up with them.

Visible's customer service was shockingly poor. There was no way to contact them by phone or email. The only customer service available was by online chat. If they could not resolve your issue in one chat session, you had to contact them again and start completely over with a new representative.

Multiple times the chat representative told me my problem had been escalated and someone would contact me, but I was not contacted in any way, by phone or by email, other than to receive surveys about their customer service. You can guess my responses.

If you deal with Visible, plan on having technical and billing issues, and plan on not being able to resolve them with their customer service.

$129 (was $99 until this week) and $100 rebate plus 2 months required ($20 or $25 1st month but month 2 is $40 if you don't join a pay party);

or, free with swap and 1 month at $20 or $25 required.

Anyone knows how old the trade-in phone can be?

I can't get the MEID for my really really old phone (Android 2.2.2 Froyo!) to go through the checker.

They SAY they'll take any Android phone, but require an IMEI (GSM) number. I try to enter an MEID (CDMA) number from an old Kyocera Event phone (Android 4.0.4) and it won't take it. Anyone figure if I'm doing something wrong? I tried both the HEX and DEC versions the Kyocera phone displays (15 digit hex, 18 digit dec). Visible says the number should be 15-16 digits, so I'd assume the HEX would fit, but it doesn't work either. I understand the Visible network only uses GSM, but that shouldn't matter for a trade in that's not going to be used there.

Just try clicking on that $61 link. Thats the price for a used phone from Ebay. The other lower prices listed are also for used or 'renewed' phones.
