FYI, for a eurotop "plush" mattress, a lot of reviews commenting that this is surprisingly firm.

They are. Definitely not plush, actually delusional if they think it's anything remotely close to "plush"

Is it comfortable for those who've tested in store or have it?

I would research here: https://www.themattressunderground.com/
And I would look at latex. You can DIY a latex mattress comparatively cheap. Use poly foam for base, and one or two layers of latex foam, depending on your weight and sleeping position. Gel infused mattresses tend to form depressed spots where you sleep if you're at all heavy.

What's your price point? This would be helpful as well. Getting a Lull with the ability to try it for several months and return it free is a good selling point. We love ours. It's comfy as heck so we didn't need to return it.

My brother returned his to get the biggest one they make, no hassles, no fees.. he had no issues.

Just be sure to order directly from them; you can finance for less than $40 a month too.

Never understood why anyone buys a pillowtop.

Seems better to get a non pillowtop so you can flip it every 6 months. And just buy a good separate latex topper. That can be replaced much cheaper. Easier to try out different thickness toppers to see what you like and send back.

Can't comment in this particular mattress, but the Serta/Sam's warranty is second to none. I had a Serta mattress from Sam's that developed a really noticable indentation after a year and a half (I weigh 200 lbs), so I called Serta who then directed me to a special Sam's Club customer service department, and they arranged to have a freight company pick up the mattress and refunded me with no questions asked.

Do they still make flippable mattresses?
