~30 mins. It's also much weaker then it's gas counterparts. You can't go as quick over thick grass, else it chokes and shuts down, which prolongs the job.
There is the brickseek link for the push one that was cheaper. It was somewhere between 150 and 200 I forget exactly.
You can also pick up extra batteries at DirectToolsoutlet at a discount. They also have this mower at $249ish when I was at the store last weekend.
