I opened the account online and bank sent me an e-mail that my debit card and PIN will be received in the mail box, I never received my debit card and PIN but my funds were withdrawn already. Did this happen to anyone? Do they send PIN also in the mail box?

You are an idiot. If you have a problem with a purchase, you call the vendor to resolve the issue first. I am sure WF would have told you the pin and debit card are on the way. That's the same for pretty much every bank on the planet, although some do not require opening deposits, others like WF requires opening deposit and it's deposited into your new account, then they ship you the debit card and pin in separate snail mail.
For those of you with righteous virtuals, be like Robinhood and take the bonus and donate it to charity.

It doesn't matter whether it was ATM withdrawal or you have your grandma hand them the deposit, the point is that you are ignorant and further compound the problem by being an idiot to dispute the charge as fraudulent before speaking with the bank. Facepalm
