They must have realized there was some interest in it because when I look at my local stores now, they all have it in stock and they're all $599.
If this was Windows 10 Pro, I'd be more interested. Still not a bad deal at all. Some good things:
- 1 8GB stick -- this is awesome if there are more RAM slots available
- 4 USB 3.1 ports and a 3.1 Type C port
- NVMe M.2 for the SSD
- Wifi is a/b/g/n/ac
Cons are the Win 10 Home (vs Pro), BT 4.2 (vs 5.0), and single HDMI (no display ports). Also, it doesn't say gigabit ethernet, but I assume that's the case.No idea what kind of PS or MB this has, so no telling what the upgrade potential is. If this was $499 or less, I'd bite

Guaranteed walmart employees buy it because they have a horrible job and try to make the most out of it.
I think this should be much better.

Sometimes 6 month old deals are much better which is why you need to watch out for bad deals like the hp.

But you should definitely be getting this pc for less than 500 at least since that was the black frday price. The problem is walmart employees hide them and wait to buy themselves when the pc hits $100. I don't blame them because they're treated horribly.
And judging from your posts, you seem to be trying to convincing yourself you got a good deal. I'm just saying at least get it for $500 or less.
