The champion edition is dropping on February 14th for PS4 and Steam:
"Rule the ring with Street Fighter V: Champion Edition, the most robust version of the acclaimed fighting game! This new version includes all content (excluding Fighting Chance costumes, brand collaboration costumes and Capcom Pro Tour DLC) from both the original release and Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition. Champion Edition adds each character, stage and other content that released after Arcade Edition and with the release of this new version. In total: 40 characters, 34 stages, over 200 costumes – all action-packed into one knockout edition! READY? FIGHT!
All game mode additions and balance updates are free for owners of any Street Fighter V version. Additionally, all DLC characters remain earnable completely free of charge through completing various in-game challenges and receiving earned in-game currency, called Fight Money. For those who can't wait, in-game content can be obtained instantly using real money. Certain additional content can only be acquired using Fight Money, which can be earned through normal gameplay."
wait for the street fighter v champion edition. it's $25 and will come with all characters and over 300 costumes.
And I'll wait for that version to become eventual $15 to buy it and then hate myself when they have further sale few months later at $10... and then at $7.99 and I still have unopened game sitting on my shelf.

I believe the version on steam is the upgrade version. You still need the "base" game in order to play the championship edition.

Got the VR game for $22. Now it's free for plus users, try my feeling
Unless you are competing at EVO or Capcom Cup, don't waste your time on this sham of a game. Buy a used copy of Ultra Street Fighter IV and you will have loads more fun with a still active online community. Lots of free smoke and clout 😎

So perfectly describes my life - my latest regret was buying Samurai Shodown on PS4!

Yeah. I think it's $25.
I have the Arcade version and it's just bare. I remember I need to purchase the $25 upgrade just to get all the characters.
