We flip houses, and put or porter cables through HEAVY usage

They're not professional grade, but they're damn fine for what they are. Definitely better than just 'occasional use'

Thanks OP! Great price indeed but may not last long. According to CCC (attached) the price has briefly touched $40 a few times over the last few weeks, so I'd expect a price adjustment as it gets more attention. If you struck out with the Walmart/Brickseek deal, don't wait!

The local Walmart has this for $30 on clearance. I bought one for the batteries mostly but. Ice to have extra charger and backup drill.

This was in-store, YMMV. And most stores never got past $40.

I have owned this drill as well as the impact driver for around 5 years now. I would describe the level of use I have put them through as medium. Building sheds, framing and dry wall of basement, DIY projects, building tables, etc. They have never slowed down, and the original batteries are still going strong. I recent bought the larger batteries from a posted deal and appreciate the extra capacity.
