So you wore it for 4-5 times and never noticed the hole.
1- how do you know you didn't put the hole in it while wearing it and it didn't come that way
2- if you wore it that many times with the hole in it then keep wearing it, it's obviously not noticable

I don't work for them I'm just a reasonable person that doesn't feel entitled for everything. Just like any other store (with the exception of Amazon) how much you bought from them doesn't affect return policy. How much you returned in the past doesn't affect return policy. With all that being said if a store has great customer service they may be able to make some exceptions for example if you return it within the return window but you wore it a couple of times they might be able to make an exception. If you return it after the window but in unworn condition they might make an exception. Hell even your exact case after the return window and wore it they might make an exception. But guess what just because they chose not to make an exception doesn't make them horrible customer service. It just makes you sound like you feel victimized and entitled for something you are not. Take some responsibility that you didn't catch the issue in time and use it as a learning and growing opportunity. Also according to your words it sounds like it's not a noticable hole (otherwise why didn't you notice it) and since "money doesn't grow on trees" then keep wearing the damn thing. Either way stop responding to everyone online that is telling you that you are wrong or you'll keep getting roasted.

Return without a receipt next year and told them got as a gift without a receipt just after Christmas
