This Build is fully customization and you can literally change each components from a good set of options.
OS Has been removed from this particular build to save $60 as it can be found cheaper from third party source, sometimes within $10 to $20
You can spend $58 to upgrade to Ryzen 7 3800X which is a good choice for gaming as with a 240mm Cooler and the higher XFR boost, 3800X can boost well over its Turbo speed, when PBO and Auto OC is on.

The upgrade to 3900x is totally worth it for power users as well as gamers who plan on streaming while playing. However, when upgrading to 3900x it would be a good idea to get a motherboard with better VRM's, e.g. ASUS TUF GAMING X570-PLUS (WI-FI) or better (the Asrock Taichi is a great choice, IMHO).
