I think this might be the first deal that I posted, but this is the lowest I've ever seen for the Ryobi Devour. Been on the fence for a while, but this was a no brainer. Free Shipping too!

Nice deal, but I would have to be able to find my garage floor before I could sweep it.

Factory blemished is brand new in plain box, they are not preowned or refurbished. They can't call it new because Home Depot has exclusive rights to sell brand new.

Every factory blemished I have purchased from DTO has been new without a scratch, more open box then blemished.

Is this just to sweep flat surfaces? Any other suggested uses outside of a dirty workshop or garage floor?

I do think that this is more of a garage/workshop tool, but If you need to clean a large area of moderate sized debris quickly, this could be a nice addition. I have the cordless Ryobi shop vac as well, and while that works great for small particles, it can't handle larger debris, and it takes a long time to cover a large area.

NP. I still bought one, it's just nice to know exactly what we're buying before pulling the trigger. Nice deal. Thanks for sharing it.

I've gotten both, the plain box and regular retail. But to err on the side of caution, I just tell people the worst case scenario so they don't think they got something used.
