They have this Hero mouse out on display, and I just didn't like it as much as the G Pro - although I am sure this is a great mouse, too.

I can help you with that
bought it in november from best buy, its already developed some wonky switch issues where depending on the amount of force you hold the left click down with, the switch will register the button clicking/unclicking very rapidly.
Been dealing with logitech support for over a week trying to get them to grant me an RMA, but its a massive headache because they require video evidence of the issue (which i provided) and now they're telling me the serial number is not valid....
might be the last logitech mouse i buy... shame too cuz i love the g500, which i've used for roughly 7 years. bought it twice. 1st one had switch issues after about 4 years of use. the 2nd one had switch issues after about 3 years. so i wanted to like this one, but its been a lemon.
You want to help me with my hand cramps???

I generally like Logitech and the products they make but they d do well to take a page out of I. E. Microsoft's no nonsense hardware support.
