I'm going to say you're way wrong here. Both of these games were excellent.

The New Order has an 81 from critics and a 8.2 from users. [metacritic.com]
The Old Blood has a 76 from Critics and a 7.7 from users. [metacritic.com]

Also both games have "Very Positive with a combined 30,000 reviews on Steam. [steampowered.com]

Yeah, these are really good games and the sequel that isn't part of this deal (The New Colossus) was also great. I really recommend this for $10. The campaign for the first game is about 11 hours and the "prequel" is about 6 hours but they're both a lot of fun. Play the first game (The New Blood) first.

This two pack bundle appears to be the lowest vs. buying the title separately FWIW

I just finished and immensely enjoyed Wolfenstein II. Obviously these are older titles, but are they as enjoyable?

I'm playing through The New Order for the first time on Xbox (thanks Game Pass) and really enjoying it. It's an alternate reality in which a certain World War had a different outcome. The combat is fun, the enemies interesting... in the past the series has focused on occult elements, this one seems to be more sci-fi/body horror.

One awkwardness is that they've tried to shoehorn morality into a traditionally brutal protagonist by having him lament war atrocities and then chainsaw someone to death minutes later, but ya know... it's a video game not an Oscar-winning movie.

Overall, I'd recommend it at sub-$10 or so. Worth noting that The Old Blood is NOT the sequel to The New Order, The New Order's sequel is The New Colossus. The Old Blood is more of a prequel.

Not worth $9 these games are terrible. The last good Wolfenstein game was the one for the PS3 I believe where you had magical powers and was sorta open world

The Wolftenstein game you're thinking about being horrible bad is Wolfenstein: Youngblood. That's a no play.

Edit: Wow, TD? Someone actually exists that liked Youngblood? Crazy.

All the recent ones play like a COD reskinned game. The "stealth" is garbage. Follows the same cinematic approach of COD where "cool things beyond your control" are happening everywhere. If I wanted a movie I would watch a movie.

Go pick up Ion Fury. I think it's the retro shooter you might be looking for. Loved it. https://store.steampowered.com/ap...n_Fury/

Do games from GOG just launch from desktop? I'd want to add it to steam to keep everything consolidated.

+1 to OP! Both of these games are great!! I LOVE Wolfenstein games! And, am happy ID is continuing the series.

Just be careful with Youngblood. If you want a version that runs in Steam, you must buy THAT VERSION! For BF, I bought Youngblood from NewEgg. However, that version requires you to use *yet another game launcher* (DRM) !!! Angry. This one is from Bethesda, themselves. I asked if they would be willing to convert the license, but the answer is no. Mad
