Based on my almost 50 years of extensive research I would have to say garbage and rotten dead things. Preferably fish related.
It's not misleading. You need to use the code. I've ordered before and received the 30% off.

My vet recommends Royal Canin and Hill's since they are science based, and supposedly a lot of their research is used by vets. Frankly, as a new puppy owner, I have no idea.
I started with PetSmart house brand named Simply Nourish, then swapped to Kirkland and now I just bought a bag of Blue Buffalo Wilderness. All for puppies.

People get hung up on that site.
My vet recommends the same because there are a billion smaller highly rated foods; but time and time again Hills or the higher end Purina are used by a lot of breeders and for show dogs.
I feed my dog American Natural Premium for one and some expensive ass Nutro Sensitive for the other allergic one. American Natural I swap with Purina Pro Plan and don't notice any difference regularly.
As long as you're not feeding Dads or some $15 for 50lb food you'll be fine.
