Brother MFC-L2710DW USB, Wireless, Network Ready Black & White Laser All-In-One Printer Item #: 2764646 | Model #: MFCL2710DW

Staples: $25 off $100 coupon [online only] - Valid 2/17/20-2/21/20
Coupon code: 27019

Lots of the Brother laser deals recently are listed as "all-in-one" but do not include fax capabilities. This unit has fax, as well as a 50 sheet auto document feeder, wireless connectivity, and duplex printing. It also uses the TN-760 cartridges - looking forward to skipping the liquid ink from now on.

It is just black/white printing, but will work great for our small business.

Currently listed on Staples as 199.99-60.00 = 139.99
The current 25 off 100 (27019) applies as well - 25.00
Total before tax is $114.99

Order info:
1@ $199.99 Each $199.99
50.0$Off Brother MFC-L2710DW -$50.00
$25 off your online order of $100 -$25.00
$10 Off Brother MFC-L2710DW -$10.00
Total $114.99

The great
This is workhorse. Works really well.
We abuse it at work and it still goes strong.
Very good scanning resolution (even if its just one side)

The good
Price
Cheap 3rd party Toners that dont ruin the drum

The bad
Software is buggy. it works well on some computers not on others
Wired network works better than the wireless feature
The FAX feature is very buggy - dont buy this if you are planning on using it for FAXES.
It goes without saying - if you do plan to use FAX on this - then you need a dedicated UPS of atleast 1500 watts (this machine draws 1104 W peak power). Power outages messes with the FAX set up.
This is a loud printer.

This does not perform duplex scanning. Confirmed under the "scan" section on the product website. It will duplex print, but the document feeder only scans one side.

This must be the one for those lamenting about AIO lasers w/fax never going on sale.

This is a derivative of yesterday's deal of similar printer without ADF for $75.
These were seen here on SD for $100 quite a few times, of if you can wait better wait.

It is... Hard to find a reasonable laser printer with fax function. We use the printer for everyday tasks, but also need to receive orders occasionally via fax. This unit will allow that at a reasonable price point - especially with those TN-760 generic cartridges. Duplex printing is a solid feature we will use frequently as well.

I am trying to replace an Epson WF 645 all in one that has the duplex ADF scan. In the 4 years I've owned it, I've probably used the duplex scan 10x. It did work flawlessly though. However, I'm not seeing this feature on any of the newer models I've looked at. Do you know of any at all? I'm thinking that I might just go for this and do without duplex scanning.

It looks like the Brother MFC-L2750DW supports duplex scanning. It is also a black and white laser printer.

Can you elaborate on the fax issues? I wish I could find a decent all in one with a fax.

Correct. I picked up the MFCL2750DWXL brand new for $99 from HomeBuys (local bargain store in OH) a year ago and it has 2 years of toner. It was an unbelievable steal. I couldn't be happier with it. The duplex scanning is phenomenal.

That's an awesome deal! I'd take 2 if I could find them for that price!
I'm in Ohio, but never heard of HomeBuys - congrats on the deal.

Had a similar one and brought it back for the no-duplex scanning feature. Ended up with a brother simple black lazer and a canon color full multi function for anything color print. looks better than the print shop!
