I've read many complaints about the Pro models not doing small batches well, which has kept me from using mine just yet from the last time this went on sale at Costco. After researching, I decided to buy the smaller, 5 qt bowl (model# KN25WPBH) to alleviate that problem. Looking at the Amazon reviews for it it looks like it does, which is great because I'm planning on doing small batches but also love the 590 watts of power in this model. Fingers crossed!
