Some people in the past have Combined the BOGO and Add a line deals.
(I have yet to confirm if you can combine these deals, such as adding a line and buying 2 S20 and Trading in 1 or 2 phones such as the language they use in the terms only state "May not be combined with some offers or discounts (e.g., Carrier Freedom)." and Carrier Freedom is a completely different deal.)
When you trade in a phone in-store at the cell phone kiosk you only need the imei.
You then need to make sure they give you a Shipping Label to send the phone into T-Mobile.
T-Mobile will give you a instant Credit. For instance the S9 would give you $81 credit to your T-Mobile Bill and then the Master Card would come back at $419 8 weeks later.

-1)Are the phones locked to T-Mobile or can be unlocked after master card is received?

-2)Does this stack with Trade-In?
It has earlier but its super ymmv given the new terms.
-3) Can I cancel after receiving the Rebate?
Yes. rebates sometimes show up as early as 30 Days. If you feel bad for the poor Salesperson, wait 90 days so they get their commission.
-4) Can I cash out the Rebate
Yes. When you get your rebate, and log in to their page, there's an option to ACH transfer to your bank account, free.
-5) Can I return to Costco after cashing the Rebate?
Yes, you have 90 days. However, you may be asked to go elsewhere the next time you try to get another line.

(May not be true depending on your Plan. I Have a 50% off line, and added and cancel lines 5 times in the last 2 years, and the promo is still there)
-The trade-in isn't live yet (goes live 3/6)
-Combining these deals is a huge YMMV and most likely not possible
-All S20s are 5G but the S20 is missing one of the bands
-Not all Costcos have T-Mobile
-There is a limit on available pre-orders. Most Costcos only have 3 or 5 pre-orders available for each phone (most likely in black or grey)
-You will need the pre-order confirmation printed out in order to claim the Samsung credit on the new phone

But yes you probably can find the exynos world wide unlocked model that's only 4g in a few months for $560 on eBay. I rather get the full T-Mobile 5G version though.

Costco mobile kiosk guy told me that if you submit rebate then after you can not return..I bought S10 and watch offer in 1500$ with 649 back. I m also waiting for my rebate
