I missed that Prime Member discount blurb and I'm unwilling to purchase to test this so I will move it back

One other not so nice thing about no rush credits is that they are non refundable after purchase. You can sometimes get a refund back to your account (in the form of a promo credit) if you hem and haw, but the credits, once used are gone for good.
EDIT: Update , I decided to take the risk and they both came up as 1.99 for me as well! Thanks OP! You might want to add the prime exclusive details in the OP so as to clarify.
