thats true for most in-development games, and this is beta, but I think the keyword here is "was", I havent seen any cheaters, and have had some fun so far, very challenging game.. as for spawn campers I would love to understand how this one would work, maybe its bad for scav players that come in later in the game? regular players start from the beginning of the match

ah yeah, that makes sense, but there are so many exits, I personally don't see it as an issue. Its an awesome game
You should know that this game is built around the "hardcore" mentality so they don't spell anything out for you. Not even the basics of how to play (get out of the "raid," heal, reload, etc.) It takes a lot of play time to master and even then you'll learn new things all the time. It's one of the most detailed, rewarding, and challenging games out there. I recommend watching a streamer who plays the game like it's meant to be played like Smoke for learning. There are a ton of guides and helpful posts/pages out there and plenty of people in discord servers who are willing to help.
Re: extract camping... there are a lot of new players who are scared shitless and are trying to get gear by any means. It's a sign of how much growth there has been in the player base.
