I saw this Husky today2 piece max adjust groove adjust pliers marked down in the middle section where they had all tools and accessory items for Christmas. Not showing up on Home Depot's website and brickseek is useless. Sorry. Definitely seem worth it for $5 and a lifetime warranty. YMMV.
Happy hunting.

I've tried spinning the picture every way to get it upright and keeps turning to the left. Problem on Slickdeals end.

I have a few pair of the Knipex Cobras. I understand these Husky pliers are knockoffs and the quality won't be as good, but I've heard of some failures which make me wonder whether they're worth messing with.

Anyone used these and had problems, or are they pretty reliable for moderate use?

They're reliable, most husky hand tools are great for moderate use. They're obviously not as nice as my Cobras but will work just as well for most jobs. If one fails the easy lifetime warranty makes it an easy swap.

You have to go to the store and check. Brickseek said none available for me too. Clearly that's not the case.

In the same holiday deals section at the front of the store, I found a 75-80 percent off deal for a Dewalt brand 2 pack of 75 utility blades (150 blades) for $3.82. Also could not find it on Brickseek or on the website.

Brickseek doesnt work likely because HD website doesnt work. You need to have them scan this barcode and check with their handheld (NOT TYPE IT IN):

http://barcode.live/?upc=820909998679

Then even if the store does not have it, they can check other stores inventory.

I saw the 3 piece set (on the left of the display in your pic) for $10 at my local stores.

They also had the Husky 3 pc. adjustable wrench set and the 3 pc. locking plier set for $10, IN-STORE. When I got home and checked the HD online and BS prices, it's showing full price.

These were the stores that still have leftovers of the Black Friday/ Xmas items.

Pretty sure you can use the computer at the pro desk and use the inventory checker on the desktop, type in the UPC or SKU and it will tell you who has it, for how much and where it's located.

Picked up two at the $5.02 price. They were marked $14.00 but rang up at $5.02 each. Not bad. Husky is my favorite inexpensive tool brand.

Picked these up. They seem to be decent quality, but no comparison to Knipex Cobras. The heads are much thicker than the Knipex, so they won't get into tight areas, and the teeth are not as grippy and start further back from the leading edge. Definitely worth the $5 as a beater/backup/truck pair, but no way I'd pay $20 full retail for these.
