For a moment I thought this was the one w/o voice and this would have made it 100... Still a very decent price for a modem with voice.

Good deal. Xfinity customers should cop this modem and stop renting!

Just pointing out again that this is just a modem so you need to also buy a wireless router

Except that the XFi Advanced Gateway now gets you unlimited internet instead of 1TB/mo. Some might need that. $20 rental is cheaper than $50/month extra for unlimited.

This a repost of a previous thread. Just trying to avoid duplicates of the same deals. This has been available for 2 weeks now.

So you're saying if you rent a modem/router in general now, you have no cap?

Most people don't need this. Get TP-Link or Motorola DOCSIS 3.0 for $50-$60 and you'll be fine for years to come.

If you get XFi Advantage, which includes the cable modem rentle, yes. Pricing on that varies by market, here (in Colorado) it is an extra $25/month.

To me it still isn't worth it.. I just put TVs onto XFINITY WIFI instead, since that usage does NOT count against your cap and I don't give a shit if it is limited to 30mbps which is enough for 4K streaming (though it does mean you can't stream from your LAN or use LAN/WiFi-based remote control apps)

Do you have a link to an example that includes phone?
