For those bored with money to burn:

5 lines for $120 x 24 months = $2880
5 S20 for $1100 = $5500 - 5000 in credits = $500 Cost

Sell all 5 for $850 each = $4250
- $500 Tax - $2880 Cost of line for 2 yrs

= $870 Profit !!
+ 5 lines for 2 yrs + rack up credit card points.

This is how Sprint math work:
5 S20 for $1000 x 5 = $5000
5 S20 service credits over 24 months = -5000
5 lines for $120 x 24 = $2880

The service credits from the S20 offset your phone bill
$-5000 + $2880 (phone charged) = -$2120

So after 24 months, you will have $2120 in Sprint service credit. This credit is non-refundable. You will have to stay with Sprint until you use up this credit. If you are ok with this, then this is a great day.

TLDR: While the phone bill for 5 lines is $120 per phone, the phone equipment will be $208. Therefore, you will be charged 208 with a $88 service credit go into your Sprint account that will be use to apply for future Sprint service.

Is the 5 lines for $120 available for months 0-24 or is the 5 lines for $120 a promotional pricing that expires after x (i.e. 12 months) and for months 13-24 it is higher than $120?
