Side Questions: Where can I get FICO SCORE of ALL 3 Credit Bureau for LOW $$$? I signed up with ScoreSence, 1 week free then $30. If there are cheaper ways, please let me know.

I am in the market for refinancing. My TransUnion is 720+, but Experian in 690. Just lowered CreditCard balance to 20% by taking loan from LendingClub. Now need to check if Experian scroe went up. As far as I know, lender takes the middle score out of three credit bureau. Thanks.

I recently closed my primary residence refi on a 2.75% Interest Rate / 2.799% APR 30-year fixed with 0.54% in discount points. Locked on 4/29 and signed the docs on 5/19. I was even able to get an appraisal waiver. Only downside was the loan required an escrow account.

When I locked I could've chosen a 2.625% rate but they wanted 3+% in discount points.

I used Reali (formerly Lenda) and had an overall good experience, they only service like 20% of the US so YMMV but if your on the West Coast you have a good chance of them servicing your state. I am located in California.

Better Mortgage (better.com) had similar but slightly worse rates/points but fees were comparable.

This link (once year free) provides you with your FICO sores from all 3 Credit Bureaus.

We have a floatdown lock right now for new purchase at 3.125 0 points and about 6k in closing costs.

510k loan, 800+ credit, >20% down

We were on track to do significantly better than that until 10 year yield spiked up over the past 2 days... no idea what we will end up with now.

Locked in the beginning of April, Origination fees were $1467 total closing costs were were 3024

Now getting quoted 2.875 no points no origination fee on 30 yr conventional. You could probably do better, unfortunately we locked ourselves into this broker without shopping the rate as much as we should have.
