Yeah this would be way better for steaks, a nice high temp sear second only to cast iron skillets

Wow awesome deal I paid $130 for the display. Absolutely love mine and really like rear grease trap design. I use mine almost every day for family dinners.

I'm hoping by bbq he means sauce. We all know if a steak needs sauce it's either bad meat or cooked wrong. Anything beyond steak seasoning (light salt n pepper) is just covering misteaks
