Don't need to. There should be included instructions explaining how to season. Lots of videos on the web showing the process in action.

One of my local stores shows it for $100 and in stock, but they had none on the shelf. Online chat can't price match, said they use different inventory.

Anyone know if you can buy online, return in store, then immediately buy it for the store price?

i don't think so..... you wouldn't want your wife to carry all that and the gas tank in one trip.
