The site says they have existed since 2006. I've not heard of them before. Any customers who wish to comment on their experiences, such as customer service? I.e. porting? Fees and taxes?

No direct experience, but they have been around since 2006. They were somewhat popular in the Howard Forums back then.

Keep in mind that Unreal Mobile offers unlimited talk and text and 1GB of high speed data for $20 every 3 months, so 6.66/mo, and Tello for $10/mo on a per month basis.

Looks like the one idiot on the forum thumbed down your comment because they failed first grade math. For him or her, $6.66 a month is less than the $8.33 in this deal AND you're not doing a long term commitment. I see no deal here.

Hey, thanks, never heard of either MVNO. Any more details you can share on Unreal Mobile and that 3mo plan are appreciated, first-hand or otherwise. Thanks in advance!

I see $10/mo on their website. I don't see $20/3 mo plan. Is there a promo code?

Apparently, Unreal Mobile's 3 month plan is VOIP and you would need to get a new sim on the monthly plans to get cellular voice.

It's a good deal if you have bad Sprint coverage.

Unreal was VOIP, but now it's regular calls on AT&T network.

I guess he's talking about the 3 month plan available at Best Buy.

Cell voice is only on the monthly sims though from what I have heard.

A much better deal then if you have good AT&T coverage. Thanks for the information.

So, there have been 9 comments since my original but none are from any previous customers. So Liberty remains a mystery and therefore risky.

The website showed an error after I tried to checkout with PayPal. eBay might be the only way to buy this.
