Arguably a much better deal than the Samsung one from two days ago

Compared to Active 2? Nope. I have had S3 S3 frontier, gear sport, galaxy active and fossil sport. I got fossil sport for $50 from Amazon and I am still bot happy compared to all my Samsung watches. Fossil is slower, disconnects all the time and battery barely lasts a day.

That's pretty much the regular price now. It's a serviceable watch but don't expect much from it as it has a big screen bezel and no speakers.

I can just never recommend fossil watches to anyone anymore.

Battery life drops crazy after a few months, not even a year
Starts to lag a lot, no more updates, and the watch is really "just is"

Info: They often go on sale, huge sales and their android smart watches never really hold any value. If it's your first smartwatch, sure go ahead. But if you really want bang for buck and decent performance, find something else

I'm not sure what you expect as far as battery life. I use mine quite a but and I'm getting 2 full days , charging is so quick if you really need a boost.
