The average person in the U.S. uses about 100 rolls of toilet paper each year. If most of it came from China, this could be a huge problem because supply chains from that country have been severely disrupted as a result of COVID-19.
The U.S., however, imports very little toilet paper – less than 10% in 2017. And most of that comes from Canada and Mexico.
The U.S. has been mass producing toilet paper since the late 1800s. And while other industries like shoe manufacturing have fled the country, toilet paper manufacturing has not. Today there are almost 150 U.S. companies making this product.
Although it looks like my Cottonelle is made in Australia... where Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson contracted the virus.
Dont forget the sandpapers too. In case you run out of toilet paper
I then apply $25 off $100. Code 55269.
I use a $40 Rewards voucher - final OOP cost is $35 + tax.
Will I receive $30 back in Rewards next month, or $10.50 (30% of $35.00)?
TIA.

I'm not an authority but my experience is that you will not have spent $100 out of pocket on the ink so you won't get any percentage back there.
Your $25 off $100 will work (if the ink qualifies) and Rewards Cert will stack.

Middle Case: You earn 30% on $35
Worst Case: 5% (or tier level) on $35
I can't say for sure but I'd wager you'd end up in the middle or worst case (I'd lean towards this) scenario where the $40 in rewards will disqualify the 30% coupon or rewards count against your OOP total. If you do try it, please report back as I am curious how it would be treated. Alternative could be that they only allow one coupon to apply at all leaving you in the worst case.
The good thing with toilet paper is that online stores have plenty while brick and mortal stores have none . Target store shelves are empty of toilet papers like crazy . Many people only shop at stores not online like us so we have advantage . The only thing that is out on both online and stores are the hand sanitizers and disinfectant wipes.
