Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

It is so stupid that prepaid cards have an expiration date. Funds were used to purchase the card so why the hell should they expire? I could understand a check having an expiration but having one on a card already loaded with funds is ridiculous

What were the reasons for denying you?

you mention chat said yes onec no a second time so you mean when you asked a 2nd time sprint said no and kick starter plan would not qualify/
Yes. One said $35 kickstart would qualify, another said the $60 unlimited is the cheapest plan.
When i clicked through with an old phone and # it did slow the$35 KS after sim kit add to cart at "select plan"

Sprint is pretty good at limiting accounts and click throughs.

If it's T-Mobile branded, it may not have CDMA enabled.
