Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.
I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

In the past I've used T-Mobile prepaid SIM cards to port in/out, usually $9.99 through Amazon, but now they require an additional $10 to port-in. There seems to be ~$1.99 T-Mobile (non-physical) ICCIDs for sale on eBay, so net cost would be ~$12 for a port out that way. There may be cheaper options I'm not aware of. I've done T-Mobile in the past because it's nearly instant port-out/port-in.
The $25 kickstart can be done online at Best Buy without BYOD by purchasing a phone. I did it at my local Best Buy store since I was using a family member for the new account creation and doing BYOD at first. Getting the $300 rebate while going through Best Buy's Kickstart is still YMMV. I plan to stay on Sprint until rates go up (according to T-Mobile they won't raise rates for 3 years post merger), so it was worth to register for the promo and see if it goes through.
For those doing this strictly as a MM, best would be to sign up directly with Sprint to ensure they don't deny the rebate based on signing up via a third party (Best Buy).
Like I mentioned on my earlier post, if going though Best Buy qualifies for the $300, the safest route may be BYOD given the terms mention purchasing the phone at the SRP (suggested retail price?). If it ends up qualifying with any phone purchase regardless, the Moto E6 is the option to pick, currently free at Best Buy (says $49.99 through Sprint, then shows free in checkout)
In short, to make sure the purchase is qualified, go with Sprint directly for the $35 kickstart. I wanted to lock down the lower service price through BB and Sprint happened to have the promo registering link available, so I went with it to see if it sticks, but YMMV
How do we get Tmobile port out with $10? I have SIMS but online minimum is $25 plan and on phone is similar.
2. I saw one post from someone who did the BB deal and said the rep gave him the account number and related info to go register for the GC. However, when you've registered and submitted the claim, it doesn't immediately say whether or not you qualify. About an hour after submitting the claim, you'll get an email from Sprint that says:
We have received your registration for Bring your own phone $300 Port-in Offer, 3/13/20-4/9/20. New customers bringing their own device & porting a number to Sprint can receive a $300 Prepaid MasterCard with eligible plan.<=.(My note: not specified what eligible plans are)
Your tracking number is: xxxxxxxxx
Please be sure to keep a copy of your tracking number for future reference.
You will be notified by email if all requirements have been met and when you should expect your prepaid card. If you qualify for multiple promotions, multiple prepaid cards may be mailed to complete fulfillment. Please allow 10-12 weeks for processing and validation of your submission.
Sounds to me like they won't say Yay or Nay until 90 days have passed to see if you had met the requirement by maintaining service for 3 months.
The link below posted by Genghis Khan is very helpful. If the SIM for your phone is included in the Amazon kit, then it'll work.

There is no $30 activation fee, but make sure you opt out of all insurance, protection, etc.
2. what is the process??
2. I ported my Visible Moto E6 to Sprint yesterday. First, I chatted with a Visible rep to get my account number and PIN of the account. During the process of setting up a new line with Sprint, I indicated that I wanted to port in my number, entered my Visible phone number, acct # and PIN. I also removed the Visible SIM from the phone and inserted the Sprint SIM that I bought at Best Buy. After I submitted my order, my Moto E6 showed that it was downloading some Network Update. When it was done, I made some test calls/texts and they worked fine. About 20 minutes after that, I got an email from Visible saying "Sorry to see you go, your account is now closed".
