Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

Do you have to do them at the same time? I did 2 and did the promotion website. Can I add 3 more now?
You can.

1. Is this promotion one per account or one per line.sprint has not defined it clearly. I have three lines and was considering switching to Sprint.
2. Are all plans eligible for this prmotion or only kickstarter plan $35?

Thanks
One per line with max 5 lines per account. If you are doing 3, go with kickstarter. This is to make sure you get promo for all 3 lines. People here have done 5, but based on the order summary, it only showed 2 lines tagged with promo (since the other 3 lines are essentially free under unlimited basic/plus/premium

I'm not sure if it has to do with free lines. FWIW, promo is tagged to two of my free lines in my order.

I had an option to fill in account number and pin. Might be because I also purchased a new device. If you are only buying sim, it may be different?!

Other person also reported the same with 5 lines order. Maybe the system randomly assigns two lines with the promo code in such a case. Did the order summary page show that info prior to check out? I hope it did. If yes, I will check with UL Plus as well as KS. Thanks

Hi guys, I would really appreciate your help here... I just ported out from sprint to ting last night. I have not activated the number yet but i received the email from ting saying Your phone number has successfully moved to Ting! I also see my phone number on ting Active device list.

Now my question is , can i jump to this deal now or do i need to wait until my old sprint account is fully closed?? Please advise. THank you in advance for your help
As far as I remember, Ting uses T-Mobile and Sprint. If you chose the Sprint network, you have to ask them to transfer your number to T-mobile or else your line can't move to S.

Previously activated number may not qualify. So tread carefully. See my comment and the related post.

Thanks. Any idea if 300 promo is one per address or person....
It is 1 per eligible line. Up to so many lines you can get approved by Sprint

I used a SIM card that I already have and ported in a GV number.

How many days does it take Sprint to finish the port in?
Since GV is voip, it may take as long as 3 days. Keep us posted.

If it is GV, I would call the porting dept and have it ported manually in a couple of minutes or less.
