Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

I got this deal and activated my SIM/device on Friday. I got an email from Sprint today, informing my bill is ready:

Billing period: Mar 18 - Mar 18, 2020
Total due by April 11: $41.11 (plan + tax).

Is this normal? :/

Tried signing up a couple hours ago with porting five phones/lines. Entered all my IMEIs and phone numbers but it never asked for account numbers/pins/sim card numbers. Order stuck in processing and can't get anyone on phone/chat who can actually help or even cancel the order so I can try again.

Have to love sprint's awful service.

How long does it take for a Google Voice line to be ported to Sprint?
From my understanding I have to make sure the number is unlocked on google voice and I have the voicemail pin...........do they ask for the address?
I had to Call port dept because i had a problem with one phone, while i was there had them checked all lines and Google Voice numbers were transferred instant. They don't ask for address

Tax is probably high in your state? CA, IL or NY

In MI, its a little under $41

I just placed order and paid 2.99+tax for the SIM after I saw you post. I think you went the credit check route instead of No Credit route. That's why you need give them you SS# and DOB which I only need provide DOB instead.

Get the MSL code first if you don't have it already. This way you can access the programming menu.

Call the Account Services team or Tech Support dept and tell them you have old CDMA phone...just ESN/MEID info....google on how to enter the programming menu for your device...it may be standard ...this will require MSL code...manually update the phone number in your device...

Here is just an example....your device may have different input keys

This is for Sanyo Vero

##MSL (where MSL is your six-digit MSL code)

I just did this a month ago...so it is fresh in my mind...
thanks.

However, I'm not looking to make the phone work, I just want my somewhat modern phones removed from my BYOD account and replaced with these ancient phones. So I'm guessing I dont need an MSL code if I dont need the phone to actually work?

I see they are trying to force a $15/mo "Protection" plan. Is there any way to delete this from the cart before checkout?
