Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.
I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

So if I bring in an unlocked iphone, it will be locked to Sprint for 60 days at least?
if you bring an unlocked iphone they may re-lock it for 50 days. you can request unlock if phone is paid off and been with sprint for 50 days. others maybe have a different experience meaning their phones were not locked. this pisses a lot of customers i know.
others with recent experience may chime in.
..another way to ask...
.if u start with referral, will u be ineligible for another offer like AA miles or LMCU?
nice,
question, since u may know the answer.
is it safe to say that regardless or which offer u participate in...it is always a good idea to start with referral?.

i think a referral is a "right". as long as you are eligible you should get it.
the AA Miles, LMCU etc are part of the Sprint Perks program where you can only participate in 1.

The part that bothers me is that I can't use Kickstart. I need hotspot.
