Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

I added 5 lines to cart for the Unlimited+ plan but only 2 of the lines show the $300 promotion under "Details". Is that normal? I remember seeing this question asked in this thread before but can't find it now. Thanks.

I did it. Everything seem to go through. Got email confirmation $50 need to have account active in good standing for 30 days and for the $300 promo per line, you get confirmation #s to track for each line, but you have to wait ~90 days

Yes, when I ported in Line 1 from an active Visible account, I got the Goodbye email from Visible about 5 minutes later. If tomorrow I get the "invalid account number" message like GK got, then I'll know it's not going through.

Anyone ever find a fix for not being able to add additional lines on the final order page because the web site says payment declined?

For some reason on the Submit Order page asks for my SSN and CC again even though I've alreadt logged into the account with text message verification and thus it has my CC/SSN info and Sprint has even charged me $10 so already. I check my CC and a $1.01 test charge and reversal are showing but I keep getting payment delined on the submit order page.

I created an account like 10 days ago with 2 lines and tried adding more lines this week to no avail.

Can I claim an account to my main account after creating it using the no credit check method to fix this issue?

yeah, some csrs won't give you account number, not sure why.

try giving the chat csr your porting info if you don't want to call

I've opened two accounts to port in 2 lines. One was a BYOD with credit check. One was ordering a used phone with no credit check. Both times, I had places on the form to put in port info. (see attached screenshots). Don't know why some people didn't have those places.

not sure this helps, for anyone who received the sim card by mail, inside has a packing slip, on the top right, there is a Account/PO number, that 9 number should be your account#, at least that's the case with me. I compared that# and it matched the account# after i signed up and log online of my account.

it's a glitch.

I know chat csr's word doesn't mean much, but they said all accounts are eligible for the 300 gc.

Before you add to cart, each of the line has the $300 GC on the left side but for some reason it doesn't display in the cart.
