Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

Is there cheap compatible devices and carrier which will work with sprint? I have some of devices from xfinity and Visibles (android) but their IMEI are not eligible to use in sprint network.

Same number won't work. It's been mentioned several times just today.

Is anyone having problems within the last hour (6pm CT to 7pm CT 3/27/20) trying to place an order for a new line/port-in on Sprint web site?
When I first started, there was a red banner "There has been a connection error. Please refresh or try again later." which I decided to disregard and proceeded. It got me all the way to the last step to submit the order, but came up with a bad-looking screen. See attachment.
Now, whenever I tried again to order, it kept saying it can't finish the order online and I need to call to order. I don't want to do that because I won't be getting the $80 cb. Any helpful suggestions?

When I added 4 lines to cart, it is showing "Switch To Sprint + Get $300" for two lines. Can anyone confirm that I'll get gift cards for all lines or those two lines only!

A bug. If you looked at each item before adding to cart, each had $300 rebate

: Where can i get a number to port?

one good option is Google Voice

be sure to get a phone number from major city that has good Sprint coverage or u will get rare message "phone number not portable" you can check on the sprint map

Go to https://www.google.com/voice/b/0/unlock and unlock your Google Voice number, which will cost $3 and is payable online by card
Set a voicemail pin here https://www.google.com/voice/b/0#...ilsettings - you will need this pin in order to finish the porting
You account number will be your 10 digit phone number and the PIN is your voicemail pin that you'll set. In case you are activating over phone, tell the associate your existing provider is bandwidth.com.
https://support.google.com/voice/...67#xferout

If you've never set your pin or if you want to try to change it, this worked for me.
Change your PIN
On your computer, open Google Voice.
At the top left, open Menu Menu and then Legacy Google Voice. Google Voice will look different, but you're in the right place.
At the top right, click Settings Settings and then Settings.
Click the "Voicemail & Text" tab.
Next to "Voicemail PIN," enter and confirm your new PIN.
At the bottom, click Save changes.

If the gaining carrier is requesting the zip code: use 94043
If the gaining carrier is requesting an address then you need to use the full street address:
1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043

PORT STATUS AND COMPLETION INFO:
Google Voice seemed stuck in porting limbo for over a day. Found this link which gave status and aid to call in. 5min later its ported and activated
https://shop2.sprint.com/en/wlnp/check.shtml
Call: 866-437-1818
** Google Voice (bandwidth.com) is considered a landline phone provider, and may take up to 3 days to port. If you call the # above, they will do it right away for you.
Thank you for sharing. I was looking for a way how to port my GV to Sprint.

May be, because with unlimited plan, you just pay for 2 lines and other 3 lines are free...
And I think, rebates are valid only for paid line... though not sure, worth checking with CSR

CSR chat said yes, but of course that is no guarantee.

The consensus here is yes you should get 5, but we won't find out until 3 months after.

Sorry guys, too much info here. So I ordered 5, got the usual bugs, 2 of 5 lines says CB, 3 nothing. Not worried about it. But I didn't get a chance to enter port info. So now do I have to call the 800 number to port???

You can either do the AA miles promo (20,000 AA miles and +417 miles/month that you are signed up with Sprint) OR the Love My Credit Union offer. You cannot do both.

Requirements for either AA miles promo OR Love My Credit Union offer:
-Must be Unlimited Plus or Unlimited Premium
-Must do credit check option
-Can either do AA or LMCU, not both.

Here are some ideas on how to spend the 20,000 AA miles if you choose to do this offer: https://www.aa.com/i18n/aadvantag...-chart.jsp. It's the equivalent of a 1-way from anywhere in the contiguous 48 states to Hawaii which is not bad Smilie
I read those tiny terms in those website, my understanding is below

** LMCU offer $100 per line (said only premium or plus) + $100 annual loyalty; if only stay 3~4 months and Kickstart plan, that might not meet any of $100

** aadvantag e offer 20K miles, didn't mentioned specific plan, so might KS eligible

** TCB $80 for BYOD

** Be frugal $80 for BYOD

above 4 won't be able to stack, u can only use one to click through; Also, if u go through that, Sprint "No credit check offer" not available.

Referral and $300 MC offer will be separated, we can get the code first, when finish above BYOD plan and activated sim, go to referral $50 and $300 MC offer to finish

let me know if my understanding correct.

thanks

Try to call the 800 number in wiki, or give your port info to chat csr.

Did you order any sims?

For me, the 2 lines that had the CB written at the checkout were 2 of the 3 free lines, so that theory doesn't jive.
