Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.
I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

Kickstart $35 or $100 for 5 lines?
on my Unlimited Plus order with 5 lines, no screen to enter port info.
But for my 2 single line Kick Start orders, I had a similar screen as yours.
AA points also require Unlimited Plus or Unlimited Premium plan.

also once activated with only imei will it be locked to sprint eventhough if its being used with another sim? i mean your phone imei is having any sim other sprint sim during activation..
regarding swap, can i do activation like you if i know only imei and i may not be access to the device in future as it is from some random guy and then swap later to any device and now what happens to imei which i activated first. will it be locked or unlocked?

Sorry, I was referring to Sprint, not tcb. on sprint if you order 1 line at a time x 5 lines, there is a chance that they will flag your account for fraud.
If I use the same account to port another line and buy one device, do you know if I'm still eligible for $125 cashback? Because cashback states new customer only, and I'm no longer a new customer.
Otherwise I imagine a self-referral to another account under same name and address is a big no, right?
